TERMS & CONDITIONS TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE BOOKING

1. In the event you need to cancel your confirmed booking, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required. Failure to provide the minimum 24 hour notice, an invoice for the full amount of the job will be issued.

2. In the event you need to reschedule your confirmed booking and you fail to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice, an invoice of $150 + GST will be issued as we have full time employees, not subcontractors.

3. In the event of an emergency or after office hours (8.30am - 5pm), please call 9303 2622 as this will divert through to our after hours contact person. Alternatively you may call or text 0419 987 538.

4. Please note our emails are not monitored after 5pm, so if you need to reschedule after 5pm or cancel a booking, please call the above numbers as listed in point 3.
